What is going on Wells spirit on the... You you're coming on the whole journey with me, and I'm... We are pulling up to a nature preserve, and I am picking berries. I'm putting them in this. We'll click on it right this Mason jar and chuckle because, I mean, I'm pulling up to this place. The shirts not totally, you know, button and I'm a little dish just because that's how I'm feeling today. And I'm pulling up there's these other cars here in the parking lot and Was like, alright. It's funny. Funny. What I'm thinking is it's funny what you do when you think other people are earth there with you, and and 1 of those things that's funny is but in your issue. So let's go pick some berries and let's think about what else was to pick it out on the way. Here, first of all, it's super beautiful that this place is only these 1 is just 4 minutes away from from the house. And I get 2 2 weeks out of the year where berries These are wine berries. Apparently, they are invasive. Yada yada, lots of concern. Like the news is invasive. And you know, on the way down here. I was just thinking about how going in nature is supposed to be this mom. This wonderful thing that you do. That can bring healing within just a few moments. Not it's not even like the hip Dip people that are saying this anymore. This is this is what people you know, doctors, psychologist. People with the degrees and not just not just Oh, how you say. Not just like, inc and the whatnot. In and gong and bells and crystals, all that stuff. And not just for the tree yogurt, good evidence on how that's beneficial as well. But, the other thing about it, and here's where I where I kinda really, just just came on a random revelation a couple weeks ago. While I was doing a breath work session, and they're in that session. I brought in with me S. These black too. Is beautiful. Eat 1. I'm not gonna pick them now. And not enough, and I don't feel like mixing in my berries. Spider web. I bought some tuning forks. To the group breath work session, and we got on to kinda like, what what the healing frequency is. I forget what it is A hundred percent. So I'm not gonna trying to pretend like I know what it is. But what I do know is that I did some research on it previously, and the healing frequency is also, I'll linked to a color. Right? Color has frequency. Well, And when you, strike that frequency code, that frequency or frequency color, that color happens to be green. Right? Like, a... What you'll see, like, they're in nature, burton green, trying to think a you know, exactly what kind green you would call it. Doesn't really matter. The thing is is it dawned on me. You know, hey, That's probably why? You know, getting out and being in nature so important. And why when you do, there's, you know, healing qualities No, A lot of doctor, I'm not a psychologist. But you know, just seems very often coincidental. Right? I know that what, you yep, I... There's a correlation there. Right? So imagine if you will, that when you go out in nature, that that green that you're surrounded by is actually, like, you know, it's just simply a healing green, but being in in that nature's an scape. Most super good patch of bears. We, you know, so where I'm located very dry this year, that's somebody yesterday who lives you know, Virginia a little bit further south of us. And, I'm just talking about the drought that we're having this year and how these as I'm looking at these barriers and when Liam and Were picking them. Last week, the small they are this year. Have to believe that that's just due to the I caught this year. So we'll see what we get. So, yeah, when you're out there in nature, So it's that green. That's doing the healing, the surrounding you that healing In general, I gotta imagine right at all. When you can put it all together. Right? So as imagine now. Here we are out here in each nature and I'm going to work things green and where things are green. There's typically and most likely something around that area that can help keep you alive. Perhaps. Right? We'll use we use these berries as an example. Right? We'll we'll say, hey, you know, nature provides plants provide, they provide you with healing and and nutrition and all those other things. So, you know, would it make sense then? That's wearing this wellness space together You know, that color heals itself. When you see it, your brain knows in a subconscious level, all the things that are already programmed into your your Dna. And of all the things are programmed into your Dna are the things that already know how to keep you alive. They've hump your heart. You know, they're the program in there it says, you know, keep the heart rate at this this rate. Pump the blood during these times. Breathe during these intervals to be most healthy and resilient. And you know, it kinda came. What do they call it? Came preloaded loaded, preloaded loaded on the computer. And what do you think? Where are you at on this? What is your belief? Around color green. Is there is there a healing frequency? You know, where are you in regards to the belief that there's a higher, more intelligent power out there. That helped to create us and bring us about planted a certain you know, obviously, a code within us. You, if we look at Dna, what is that other than a code. And a program. Is say my feet? Is that a bug? Sure. Hope so hope not a big 1. 0, man. Hot. It's crazy out here, but I wanna stick on the journey. Sharing these little intros intersections as I'm having them. And as we kinda, I don't know. I what was they stumble through life reminder your words. I think and and then somebody you. What about that for that even there. You know, we talk a lot about was into your... And the way you talk about yourself in the way you talk about your life. On the way to our little adventure yesterday that we were on. There was a wifi. That we pass by and 1 of the kids goes, why would somebody mean their Wifi F struggle boss? And I... Yeah. I'm just looking because there's just per something. Right? You're... We're per this this place that you're at in life, and you continue to do it. And when you continue to do that, it continues to show up. You get yourself on this rep repetition pattern. Someone's was like, let's talk about technology. It doesn't get used anymore. Right? It sounds almost like, you know, old records. There's a scratch. And it just keeps... There's just keeps replaying that spot. And, needle gets caught on a little bump. On the vinyl. It just keeps going over that spot, getting stuck, getting stuff there. Or if you were fortunate not to have a whole sleeve of Dvds or not equal Dvds too, but Cds is more acting often than not. In your are your drop wouldn't. 1 of those gets to scratching it, just kinda playing on repeat, getting stuck somewhere, plain I'll repeat. And most the times, as we're going through life. We recognize it, take out the city or We clean. This and it's not a scratch. It's scratch, but it's dust clean need a smear, it's not a crack. It's something that we gotta have within our control, especially when it's internal. You what so do you keep playing what's to where dust on your record. Where's this me on your Cd?
