Links are in the show notes. Now, let's relax, find our center, and dive right in. As you gently close your outer eyes, become attuned to this moment in time, setting aside all that has ever been and all that will ever be, marinating in the present moment. Become aware of your physical body. Make any adjustments that you need to be more comfortable. And then bring your attention to your breath. Easy, effortless breath in and out. What would it feel like to follow that breath, to bring all of your attention to it as you breathe in from the top of your head down into your belly, and then release it down into the earth, bringing it up through the earth into your belly, and then out through the top of your head, becoming a channel for breath. And as you allow the breath to move, bring your focus to the bottom of your feet. Allow the sensation of your body to guide you into this juicy body scan where you connect with the life force energy that flows through you, that animates all of life. And as you do, you allow anything that is disharmonious, anything that no longer serves you to dissolve away. Effortlessly releasing that which no longer belongs to the present moment. All tension and disease melts away. As you bring your focus to your calves, Riding your attention up to your knees, and then into your thighs. Is the flow of energy different on one side versus the other? Just notice. Notice and invite harmony into all of your legs and into your hips where we store so much aggression, can you allow yourself to relax, to soften, to breathe? Melting your attention up into your belly. What are you holding onto that you are afraid to digest and release? And can you breathe into that and invite loving kindness? As you bring your attention to your diaphragm, to your solar plexus, to the center of self, self that is unique, and allow yourself to feel the strength that you are. And then connect that strength to the power of your heart, and invite in greater compassion for self and others. Breathing in and out of your heart space, and allowing that loving energy to travel up to your shoulders and to spill down both of your arms, allowing vital life force energy to flow into your fingertips, and then from your fingertips back up into your heart. Allow all of this to fill you to overflowing as you bring your focus to your throat, to the place where you speak your truth. Effortless breath follows up into your head, relaxing your jaw, relaxing your sinuses into your eyes, bathing them in a vision of a world that is filled with love and peace. Despite whatever it has seen before this moment, allow all of that to be washed away by your own breath, by your own love, gently cleansing and clearing your vision. And allow all of this goodness to spill into the top of your head, into your crown chakra, your forehead, connecting synapses that need to be connected, calming the monkey mind, relaxing your whole being. As you bathe in the truth of yourself in a state of relaxation, a state of peace. As you breathe and notice. Allow yourself once again to become aware of the present moment and your being within it all. Opening the aperture of your being beyond just your body and your breath to become aware of the room that you were in as you slowly bring yourself back into time and space. Wiggling your fingers and toes, allowing this gentle energy to enliven you once again as you come back. And when you are ready, open your beautiful eyes.
